You can use this Knowledge Base interface to read help articles, start a private discussion with the Farmer Support Team or a public discussion with other Small Farm Central users. You are also welcomed to call us anytime at: 412-567-3864 or send us an email at:

Phone calls are answered during normal business hours (generally 9:00am-5:00pm M-F Eastern time) and messages returned within 24 hours. Emails are answered within a number of hours during weekday business hours and we offer limited e-mail support on Saturdays.

During the workday, you can chat with us online through our website or your Control Panel. Just look for the little blue tab at the bottom of your browser window, like this:
