This is my second email on the topic and I have yet to hear back from you. Please cancel our advance e-commerce subscription. We closed down the hatchery. I am still getting billed for it. Please confirm receipt of this message.

    I've disabled that e-commerce from your account and you won't be billed for it anymore.

    Looking back through our support requests, I don't see any previous emails about cancelling the e-commerce. Did you send that to this support@ address? When did you make that request?
