Cancelling an order

How do I cancel a customer's ecommerce order and issue them a credit or refund for their purchase?

    Hi Tessa:

    If you go to - Sell --> Orders & Reports --> View Orders, you'll see there is an option to "decline" orders next to each order. That is how you would cancel the order. Any inventory will be returned to the appropriate departments and the order won't show up on your reports.

    To issue a refund, you would need to log into your Paypal account, find the transaction and void the transaction in there.
