Status & general emails not received by members

I'm having increasing difficulty with the email function of MA. Last season many emails were landing in the junk files of members, or not appearing at all. Even when they added us to their contacts, the problem persisted in many cases. Today I sent a status email to a long standing member, and she didn't receive it, even after I correct the initial error of not having the correct season checked. Last year you did not have much to suggest about this problem, but I ask it again in the hopes you might dig deeper. For most of our time with SFC/MA the email function seemed to work well. But this is a widespread and aggravating problem now that's keeping me from communicating with our customers.
