Good morning,
I would like to pull an email list that has all 2018 members who have not yet renewed AND all renewed and new 2019 members.

How do I do that?

Thank you!

To get the list of non-renewed members, you can go to - Member Assembler --> Members --> Renewals and you can use that tool to create the list of non-renewed members and send an email. This will also create a user group called "Non-renewed members as of XX/XX.XX" that you can export if you want to use that email group through some other program.

If you wanted to email current 2019 members (whether renewed or new), you can just use the "Send Email" tool while administering the 2019 season and select all current share types and pickup locations and that will go out to all members in the 2019 season.

    Hello again,
Your instructions were impeccable until the exporting phase.... can't
figure out how to export a user group from the Administrate >> User Group
point.... Can you explain how to do that?

    Thanks,
    Natalie

Go to - Administrate --> Export Data and there will be an option to Export Users. Choose that and then "Export by Group". That will show all the user groups you have. The new "non-renewed" group should be the last group at the bottom of the list.
