Hello:

My MA appears to have become activated. I have not used it for a couple years. Not sure how it was activated. I do have a 4 year old daughter and she is usually the one to blame when mysterious things happen.

Thanks, Trent Thompson

    Hi Trent:

Ruthie did contact us last week because apparently you were still getting alert emails about your Member Assembler payment schedule being out of date, so I did have to turn it on momentarily to make a change to stop those emails. I thought I had turned everything off properly, but guess I didn't. I've turned that back off completely.

    Hello:

Having problems sending question through SFC portal, so I'm trying direct.

I am looking to transfer my domain to Squarespace in the next week. Can you
tell me how I should go about that?

Also wondering if I have any access to my records on SFC after that
    transfer is complete?

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi Trent:

We register our domains through GoDaddy so the quickest and easiest way to transfer control of that domain to you would be for you to create your own GoDaddy account.

To do that, just go to godaddy.com and create an account. Then send us your account number and let us know what email address you used to set it up and we can make the transfer. Once we have that information, it takes us minutes to initiate the transfer.

If you want to transfer to a different domain registrar, we can, but that process will be more involved and can take over a week to complete.

Your website is paid through April 2019, so we can leave the account open even after you've transferred the domain for as long as you need us to. You'll just need to confirm at what point you want us to disable the account.

    Hi Q,

I would like to transfer my domain to squarespace

I have finally made the godaddy acct. My customer number is *205813755*

I am making the assumption that that is my acct number since I can not find
any acct numbers listed on the go daddy website under my acct info.

I used my [email blocked] e-mail address for this account.

If I need to do anything else, please let me know.

Will the website continue to function until I make the switch? How does
that work? Sorry, this is all new to me.

    Thanks for the help, Trent

    Hi Trent:

Ok, I initiated that transfer. You'll now need to log into your GoDaddy account to accept the transfer of your domain to your account. More information on how to do that here: https://www.godaddy.com/help/accept-a-domain-name-account-change-1670

The domain will continue to link to your SFC website until you make changes. The contact information associated with the domain will also continue to be SFC's so once the transfer is complete you'll want to be sure to update that information.

Your @greengardensfarm.com email addresses are through a Google account that you can continue to use. When you set up your Squarespace account, they should be able to tell you what you'll need to do to continue to keep that Google account linked up for email purposes. Be sure to discuss that with them before making any chances or you could lose the ability to send/receive emails.

Once you have your new site up and running, let us know and we can cancel out your SFC account.

    Hi Q,

I have completed the square space website, but still have my SFC account
    active.

I am having a hard time getting a csv of my contacts in my MailChimp
account. I was wondering if it would be possible for you to send me my
contacts from SFC since the SFC account is still active?

Thank you, Trent Thompson of Green Gardens in Battle Creek

    Hi Trent:

An export of all users from your database is attached.

Should I close out your SFC account?

    Thank you, Q.

I'm not ready to close my account just yet. Is there any way for me to
access the SFC information myself one last time? I don't know if this is
possible anymore since I transferred the domain.

    Thanks again, Trent

    Hi Trent:

Yes, you can still access the control panel for your SFC account. Just go to https://sfc.smallfarmcentral.com and login like you have in the past.
