Member says she signed up but we don't see her info

A member named Carol Hubin says she signed up as a member today, but we don't see that in our system. She also says she was having trouble with the credit card payment, but that her husband's card has been charged $380.

I'm wondering if there might be a delay on us recieving that information for some reason or if her membership just didn't go through?

    The last signup I show for you is Mic Campbell on 6/18. I don't see any pending memberships at this time.

    You should be able to Authorize.net account to see if anything was actually charged. In theory it could be possible for a card payment to go through but then the information would not get properly relayed back to Member Assembler and the membership would time out and be deleted. I'd be surprised if that happened but it is possible.

    If they do show as having paid, you can manually add their membership and manually record the payment against their membership.
