I have a customer Christa Schneider who has married and would like to change her account to reflect that. Evidently she tried to do this herself and was unsuccessful so I tried. When I made the change to name and email and clicked submit this is the message I got. "Failure. User update failed. The email you changed this user to already exists in your records. Please try again." My changes reverted back....any suggestions?

Thanks,
Pam

    Hi Pam:

Go to - Administrate --> Users --> Manage Users and look up the new name or email there. There must already be a user in the system with that information. You should just be able to delete that user there and then that will allow you to update the email and name associated with the membership.
