Hi Guys,

I am having trouble with the page not scrolling down. I am not sure what to do? Also a lot of my people are not receiving the emails.

    Hi Floyd:

I just opened your site in Google Chrome and Internet Explorer and the homepage was scrolling ok for me in both environments. What browser are you using when this is happening?

As for your emails, please do this:

    1) login to your SFC account.
    2) Go to - Connect --> Mailing List --> SES Mail
    3) Next to your email address, click the "send verification email".
    4) This will send an email to your account from the Amazon SES service. Click on the link in that email to complete the verification process.

What this does is help certify to other email recipients that SFC has your permission to be sending emails on your behalf. This will help prevent your outgoing emails from being marked as Spam or being otherwise blocked.

I can scroll the newsletter but not the SFC page. I can not scroll down
below the opening page which has the newsletter. I can make changes to the
newsletter but can not scroll to where I can mark who it goes to nor save
    it?

You mean when you are in the control panel and trying to send an email?

Are you using a mouse with a scroll wheel? Do you have your mouse hovering over the email part of the screen? If so, it will only be scrolling through that sub-window. Try moving the mouse above the borders of the page, it should then scroll up/down.

Or try using the arrow keys on your keyboard.
