I recently set up a wholesale department, with limited access and a password, which I gave to my existing wholesale accounts. The password doesn't seem to be working, and they can't log in to order.

    Hi Rebecca:

    I see that you did set a default password. Were the users created before you set that default password? If so, those users would not automatically get the default password. That only affects new users being created.

    To reset the password for existing user groups, go to - Administrate --> Users -> Reset Group Passwords.

    Try resetting the password for the entire wholesale group and have them try again.
