I would like to export my user data for all seasons by member type. Is there a way to do that?

    Hi Andre,

Good morning! First, just to clarify the SFC nomenclature:

Users are a collection of contacts that have either signed up with you through Member Assembler, bought something in an E-commerce store, or even just joined a mailing list. They are a one user to one email ratio and are managed in the Administrate > Users area. They are not tied to particular Member Assembler seasons and can all be exported en masse in Administrate > Export Data.

Members are Users (or groups of multiple Users) who have signed up for Member Assembler seasons. They can be exported under Member Assembler > Export and you can limit it to specific member types, but you can only export one season at a time.

So, if you wanted to just get a unique list of all email addresses who have ever been joined to your Member Assembler, you can export the users and can choose the groups that are tied to Member Assembler like Summer 2017 Portsmouth is the people from the Portsmouth pickup who were joined last summer.

But if you wanted the detailed information of where their pickups and what types they have for each year, you'd just change your admin season and do an export for each season.

If there's something you specifically need to find but can't through those, we're happy to help do some kind of custom data pull for you.
