Wholesale Customers

Hello! So, some of our groups that order wholesale are now having to choose a pick up location. When we set it up, we didn't have any pickup locations because we deliver those items. Did something change? If so, how do we fix it?

Our wholesale groups are the password protected "order wholesale" pages. Thanks!

    You have pickups enabled for e-commerce. Unless you specify otherwise, the pickups will be required for ALL departments.

    To change that, you would go to - Sell --> Configure --> Pickups and you'd have to edit each pickup. On the edit screen, go under the Advanced Options area and there you can choose which departments should be shown that specific pickup location. You'll need to do this for every pickup.

    If none of your departments need to have the pickups enabled, you can simply disable the pickups feature completely. When you go to - Sell --> Configure --> Pickups there is a link at the top of the page that would disable the feature completely.
