Customer Refund

Hi, I had a customer cancel their CSA so I issued them a refund through authorize.net. Her total refund amount was to be $285 and she had three transactions I had to make the refund from. I made two refunds to her for $132.66 and one for $19.68. Authorize.net shows all three refunds went through and were settled successfully, but the customer is saying one of the refunds for $132.66 did not go back onto her card. Authorize.net told me I had to check with our merchant service provider (you guys) to make sure all three amounts were refunded to her, so I am wondering if you can check that. The customer's name is Allison Kuipers.

    Hey there Karen,

We're actually not the merchant service provider. The merchant service provider is whoever you use to process credit cards. I'm not sure who you folks use. It is totally possible that for some reason this refund is held up at the payment processor/merchant service provider. Please let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.

    Thanks,

Okay, thank you for letting me know. I assumed authorize.net was our
merchant service provider, but apparently they are not.
