Email Error

Hi There,

I am getting an error message that the email address for Erica Schwartz keeps bouncing. The current user information has her email as ershyc, when it should we ersnyc. However, whenever I try to update the email address, I get a message that the correct email address is the one in the system and the change can not be made. How do I fix this problem? Can you please override the error messages and update the email address for me?

    Hi Katie:

    An email address can only be associated with one membership at a time. The correct email address is associated with her 2016 membership (member #6629).

    What I would recommend doing is going into her new membership (#28363) and copying down the information about her 2017 choices (member types, pickup location, payment information) and then deleting that membership. Then you can go into her old membership and add that to the 2017 season with the proper choices and then manually re-assigning that Paypal payment to the membership.
