Hi, I am getting ready to send out a link to sign up for our CSA. I edited one of the membership type options and it looked different on our page afterwards than the other options. I've been trying to edit the other options to make them look the same, but the changes are not showing up.

Thanks!

    Hi there Nicole,

I changed the Branch member type formatting to make it consistent with your other member types. How does it look to you now?

Sometimes, the formatting within the rich text editor (where you enter the text to describe your member type) gets screwed up and the best thing to do is cut it and paste it into notepad and then cut and paste it back in. This resets the formatting.

Let me know if there's anything else I can do!

Ok, Thanks. The fonts look the same now, but I'm trying to figure out why one
has all the info on display but the others you have to click on the more button.

    Hi Nicole,

The "more" link is activated by the character count in the field. I manually overrode this setting from the admin side. Have a look and let me know what you think!

Hi Daniel, I am trying to add a button on my mobile website to sign up for our
CSA with the link from member assembler. It works good on my desktop site, but
I can't get it working on my mobile site that I have on duda. It says there are
too many redirects. Below is info that Duda says one thing that can fix the
problem. Let me know if you have any advice.

    Thanks,

    Nicole

    * You're seeing a "too many redirects" issue

...then that means the server your desktop site's on is blocking one of our bots
from pulling data from the desktop site.

To fix this issue, we recommend asking your website administrator to whitelist
our bot's user-agent. This is the user-agent our bot uses:

    Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.8) Gecko/20100722
    Firefox/3.6.8

    That should prevent this problem.

    Hi Nicole,

It seems strange to me that they need this level of access just to make an html link to your Member Assembler signup. I am checking in with our server administrators, though, to see what's the best way to get this taken care of for you.

Do you have the ability to insert your own html code instead of whatever process Duda is doing? It is the simplest thing for a website to just have a button that links to another website and we could just write a code snippet for you to paste in.

I'll let you know what we hear from the server folks.

    Hi Nicole,

I heard back from the server admin. There isn't any block in place on bots. We don't have a robots.txt file in place that would do so. It's possible that an IP address got blocked if they were doing a lot of requests on the server but he doesn't think that would be the case either. Neither one of us had ever heard of a need like this just to make an html link.

Could we try just doing the link with html code. Is that something you would like help with? Attached should be all the HTML you need:

    <a target="_self" href="http://gottschellfarm.csasignup.com/members/types"><img height="25" width="273" border="0" alt="" src="publishImages/CSA~~element77.gif"></a>
