hi Shannon,

Is there a way to add a auto response when people send us general emails?

Thanks!
Casey

    Hi Casey,

You mean when people write you emails at your Google Apps email address you want an auto-reply to go to them?

I think you can use the vacation responder for thst:

    Hope that helps.

Meaning when people send a message through "contact us" on our website I
would like a auto response. For example" thank you for your email. We will
get back to you as soon as possible" something like that.

    Hi Casey,

Are you using Gmail to check your email? If so, you could use a "filter" &
based on the subject of the message you could know it is coming in from the
contact form and then send a canned response.

This would take a bit of configuration, but would do what you want!
