Virtual Market issues

We are having difficulty getting all the Virtual Market orders via email. Is there any other methods to checking the orders besides email?

    Hi there,

    I'm sorry that you're having trouble. What seems to be happening? Are the confirmation emails going to a spam folder instead of your inbox? You can always view orders in the Control Panel by navigating to Sell > Orders & Reports > View Orders. You can also export your orders into a spreadsheet by selecting a range of dates. To do this, navigate to Sell > Orders & Reports > Export > Export Ecommerce Orders.
