Simon & Staff,

LAst night and then again this evening MA newsletter feature froze/crashed
losing 2+ hours worth of work. Not a happy farmer tonight. Too tired to
mess with it any more.

Please let me know tomorrow how to avoid this problem.

Mike, for the Brabos

    Hi Mike,

Very sorry to hear of your lost work. That is very frustrating at any time of year and especially in the summer when time is at a premium.

What happened when the browser froze? Hard for me to give much advice without some more details and even with details I'm not sure what we can do from this end. That is not something we hear about very often (though I know it does happen).

One thing I would recommend is for you to compose the text of your newsletter in a text editing program that saves and then copy and paste into the text editor when you are ready to do final editing and send.

You can also "save a draft" as you are moving through writing the newsletter so you have some of your work saved at least and would not lose everything on a browser crash.

    Hope this helps.
