Is there someplace that I can find error messages? I am trying to upload a file and I can't see an error, but it doesn't get uiploaded.

    Hi Diane:

Do you mean when you are trying to upload something to - Create Content --> Upload Files? There isn't really an error report there. If there is an issue, it should just give you an error on the screen. What type of file are you trying to upload and how large of a file is it?

If you still are having trouble uploading it, send the file to us and we can try uploading it for you.

    Hi Diane:

Something seems weird with this file. It won't load up for me either. When I open the file on my computer, it shows as 5 pages with the last 3 pages blank. Should it only be the first 2 pages? I'd recommend maybe try re-saving this file. If you get go to a slightly lower quality file too, it'll be a bit smaller and hopefully won't have any loading issues.

Let me know if that works.
