I would like to upload our annual report but have folks able to click on and download the report without having to go to a second FDP. Is this possible?

    Hi Bronwyn:

It is possible to do this. I assume you want this to be a sub-menu item under one of the main menu options. First copy the direct link for the PDF. Then go to - Display --> Navigation --> Menu Manager and scroll to the bottom to the "Create New Menu Item" area. Copy the PDF URL into the "URL field, give it a menu item title and select which menu heading you'd like it to appear under. Then click the "create menu item" button.

If you want it to be just one of the main menu items, simply add a new main menu item on the Menu Manager page in the "Edit Menu Titles" section at the top of that page. Then you can just copy the PDF URL into the "Links to (URL) field for that menu item. This will create a direct link in your main menu.

Any questions, please let us know.
