Hi there, I just had a customer sign up for a share and then decide that she wants two shares. How can I add an other share to her order after the fact? Or should she just sign up again and cancel her order?

    Jetson,

Has your member already paid for the one share? If so, let me know because that can be a little tricky. If not (she chose invoice payment) there are two options to fix this:
    1. Remove the member and have her sign up again
    2. Remove the member and sign her up again.

Because this is your first season, you can simply delete her membership and have her go through the sign up process again. However, in the future you will never want to delete a membership because then you delete all of the member's history. You will instead want to remove her from the current season. This will become an option when you have more than one season. Right now, you will just delete her. Below are instructions on the two ways listed above.

    1. Navigate to Member Assembler > Members > View Members. Click the delete button next to your member's membership. Contact them and have them go through the sign up process again.

    2. Record your member's pickup location and membership types. Follow the same steps as number 1, but instead of having your member sign up again, manually sign up for her in the Control Panel by navigating to Member Assembler > Members > Add Membership. Choose the pickup location and then use the search tool on the next page to find your member's User information (even though you deleted the membership, her User information will still remain in the Control Panel so that you still have her as a contact). Then choose her membership type. Keep in mind that when you add a membership manually, any charges and discounts will not be applied, so once you have added them, adjust the invoice accordingly. Once you have the correct price, you can send your member a confirmation email. This will let her know what she owes. You can also send her a payment request email, which will include a link where she can make a payment online. This tool is here: Member Assembler > Accounting > Payment Request.

    Best,
