reserving shares ahead of time

I am wondering if there is anyway to reserve a certain amount of vegetable shares from the beginning of the season, without having a name/email/contact info to attach to it. Our specific situation is that we have created a non-profit foundation through our farm, that feeds 25 families of Larimer County each year with our vegetable shares. The issue is, we often don't know who these families are specifically going to be until almost the start of the season. I'd like to be able to reserve these 25 shares within our SFC Member Assembler, and then attach name and specific family information to each share as we get them; last year we ran into the issue of overselling our shares, and we had to increase our membership account, which we'd like to avoid this year.

If there is anyway of doing this please let us know!

The only way to do this would be to create temporary memberships with fake information in them. You would need to make one for each of the 25 shares you wish to hold. You'll have to put fake email addresses in as placeholders.

    For example,
    member name = Larimer County1
    E-mail address = [email blocked]

Then as you get the information for your real members, you can either edit these placeholders or delete them.

Does this make sense? If you need further clarification, please let us know.
