We'd like to be able to show a demo of our "Upick" e-commerce application on our website for potential customers. Is there a way to enable such a demo? Thanks!

Can you be a bit more specific about what you were thinking of for this demo? Do you just want a "demo" e-commerce department that people can go in and use to get a feel for how it would work?

I'd like to for people to be able to see a "sample" week's delivery, as
we're using the site currently. That is, we have a page that shows what
items each member will receive, followed by the shopping cart which
includes pictures and quantities of additional items they can choose. This
is our "Upick" ecommerce store (as opposed to the "Three Sisters Farm
Store"). It'd be nice if people could click through the process to see how
it works, but is ok if people just see the main page. I'm just not sure if
I can link to such a page without having them log in.

    Hi Jeff:

Yes, currently as you have it, that department is private so only the appropriate members can order from it. If you made it public so non-members could see it, they could also potentially order from it.

    You have a couple options:
    1) You could simply create another department and make it public. Call it "Demo U-Pick" and create some fake items to put in that store to display how the system works. Of course, you might get people trying to actually order from the store unless you make it very clear that this is just for demonstration purposes only.
    2) The other option would just be to take some screen captures of the private store and load those up onto a page on your main website where you could explain how the U-Pick shares work and show the screen captures as examples. For this you would need to talk to whoever created your main website.
