Hi there:
I have been getting a lot of email error messages lately and when I look at
the log on my "mail sent" archives, it shows "black listed email address"
for almost of the error emails. Can you tell me what this means and how I
can correct it?
thanks. leslie

    Leslie,

"Address blacklisted: This is likely due to the fact that this email address is no longer valid and Amazon SES will no longer send anything to that address because emails are bouncing. You should either update the email address or delete the record from your mailing list."

This Amazon SES blog article tells you more about blacklisted email addresses, including how to submit a "blacklist removal request" if you know that an email address is still valid.

I hope this information was helpful, but if you have more questions or need more information, simply continue this conversation with us via email or on our support site.

    Best,
    Lauren
