invoicing question

Hello,
I'm having trouble invoicing my shareholders who ordered from the online
store. When they go to check their balances, it only shows what they owe
on the regular share, and if that is all paid, it tells them they don't owe
anything, even if they order hundreds of dollars "a la carte". How do I
send out an order history and current balance from the ecommerce store?
Also, now that the season is over, I'm getting ready for new signups for
2013. How do I deactivate the current CSA members, while keeping them on
the mailing list and retaining their histories if they sign up again?

    Good questions!

    So I assuming that were allowing people to checkout of the store "invoice-only" so no was has paid for any of the extra items?

    In that case, there is a way to combine "ecommerce balance" with Member Assembler balance so then you can use the payment request tools and such within Member Assembler to send them requests and make sure you get paid. This setting will essentially bring in ecommerce orders to live within the balance equation for a membership.

    What you want to do is create a new season. This will allow you to start over with your membership, will allow you to change your prices, alter you pickup locations, etc for 2013. Here is the help doc on that:

    Ok, I have combined ecommerce balance with member assembler balance. See:
    https://sfc.smallfarmcentral.com/admin/ma/admin_membership_edit?member_id=35

    for example.

    To send a payment request via email, use:
    Member Assembler / accounting / payment request
