  1. How to I see what members see when they go to membership status?

  2. I do not find that I have set & therefore required that a member or an individual on the email listing use a password. I have received feedback that an ind. on the email list (not a csa member) was unable to access our a la carte shopping because they did not have a password. Why would they need one? If no beneficial reason to require password, how do I correct this?

  3. A current csa member tried to reset her password and was unable to do so. What are the steps for her to reset her personal password? And, what are the benefits for a csa member to have a password?

    Hi Allen,

    1. Whenever someone requests a "status email", you are also sent a copy of
    that.. so you should be able to review them as they come in.

    2 & 3. Passwords are only required for the "ecommerce" part of the service.
