new season question

Hi...we are planning to offer a winter share for Nov. through Jan. (and maybe another one for later winter/spring). We purchased a 50-member plan, so we don't have any room left in the current season to add more members. However, in 2 more weeks all of those names will be obsolete. Do we have to purchase a larger plan to add members to the new season, or can we wipe the slate clean and start over with our 50 plan?

    Hi Amy,

Once you start the new season, that will reset your member count so you will be back under your 50-member plan. The old members will just be archived into the past and won't count against your billing.

Ok, but we are starting sign-ups for winter market now, so there will be a
couple week overlap, will this create an issue?

As long as the main season is not available for sign up, that won't create a problem. You can start the winter market sign-ups now and then just access your data for the summer season using the "admin season" setting in the control panel.
