error message after PayPal

Hi folks,
Our CSA member Erik N. (#16794) sent this message earlier today:

"I just signed up with PayPal, and I got an error message on the Tipi site saying "81100 OrderTotal (Amt) : Required parameter missing". However, I did get a receipt from PayPal saying I had been charged. Can you please confirm that I'm signed up?
Thanks, Erik"

I checked and the payment was received by PayPal and credited to Erik's account in MA. I asked Erik for more details. He said "I saw the message on your website (i.e. MA) after coming back from PayPal."

    Hi Beth:

    Just like you mentioned, I do see that the order is created and the payment was logged, so I think this must have just been a glitch with showing the final "success" message when the member gets returned back to the SFC site from Paypal. I do not see anything that looks systematically wrong.
