I have just created and turned on the 2019 season, it automatically set to the administering season. I still have 2 weeks left in the 2018 fall season do I need to switch it back for the next 2 weeks?

Yes, in order to create your pickup lists and administer any 2018 data, you'll want to switch the admin season back to 2018. Changing the admin season will not affect what season(s) are available for signup on the public signup; it just changes what specific data you are working with within the control panel.

If you have more work to do to complete the 2019 setup, you'll need to be administering that season to make any changes to share types, pickups, etc for 2019.

You'll also need to "turn on" the 2019 season for public signup when it is ready and then "turn off" the 2018 season. That will only affect the public page while the "admin season" only affects what is happening in the control panel.

All of this is adjusted by going to - Member Assembler --> Configure --> Seasons.

Any further questions, please let me know.
