A member cannot purchase eggs from our site

I have a member, Katie Ray who says she cannot see the eggs for purchase, which would be listed under products from other farms and producers. I can see that she has access and they are listed when I view them from a dummy account I have created.

    I changed Katie's password to "TomatoMtn" and logged in as her. I am able to see the Eggs option. It is in the 5th row of items on the page. I was able to add it to the cart. She must just be missing that somehow.

    Let her know that her password has been reset.

    Great, thank you! I have also received several emails from new members that
    they can't access the add on store, could I have missed this option
    somewhere when I created the fall season?

    Yes, if you added a new share type, it wouldn't automatically be given access to a department. Go to - Sell --> Manage --> Departments and edit the department. Under the Private Access area, click the "show member types" link and be sure that the Fall 2018 share types are selected, otherwise those new members will not have access to the store.
