When I upload pictures to include in my emails they automatically rotate 90 degrees. I can't figure out a way to spin them back. It doesn't happen to every picture, but enough of them to be a problem. I've tried rotating them before uploading them but it doesn't make a difference. Is there a way to rotate them in the emails?

    Hi:

You're probably uploading these form an ipad or iphone, right?

Apple orients their photos a bit differently than others, so this can happen.

There isn't a way to rotate once the photo is uploaded, so you do need to have it corrected before uploading. Simpy rotating it in the editor on your iphone/ipad won't work. You need to take one extra step. What I recommend doing is first rotating the photo so it looks to be in the right orientation on your phone when you are holding it upright. Then also you'll use the crop tool to crop the photo just a little bit, just enough to change the photo. When you save the photo after doing that, the orientation should be correct. Try re-uploading the photo.

Let us know if you have any issues.
