Please HELP asap: signup form is messed up

I'm not sure what happened, but when people go onto our site,
it skips the first page or two, where folks enter user information. It
takes them directly to "Choose your Share Option" and then, as from this
person's experience (see email below).

Please please help to remedy this asap. This is our prime signup season
right now and I don't want to cause more confusion and lose people.

If you aren't really offering a 2 month share, then why do you list it on
your site?!

    Hi Jane,

    I took at a look at your Member Assembler set up and it looks like you indicated NOT to show your pickup locations via the PIckup Dependencies tool, in the pickup manager. I unchecked these, and it now gives me the options. If you walk thru the signup, you'll see that the Member Assembler asks for your customers information about halfway thru the signup process.

    Thanks for fixing that so soon--phew!
    I would like to move the customers' info to the beginning of the sign up
    form. Not sure how it got in the used to be at the
    beginning-that's why the heading says "Welcome!". Let me know if I need to
    do something to make that happen or if you can do it.

    Hi Jane,

    We no longer are offering the "alternate" page order where member
    information is the first page. We've found that members want to see the
    prices on the first page, so they can evaluate the CSA right away. It is a
    turn-off to have to enter all of their personal information before they see
    prices. For that reason, we have removed this alternate option from Member

    Okay, that makes sense. Thanks for clarifying. I moved the "Welcome" to
    the first page.
