Member unable to access add on store

Hello I have a member, with a zero balance, that can't access the add on store. In addition I am very unfamiliar with Small Farm Central and received little to no training. Can you suggest the best way to learn to navigate this site.

    Ok, it looks like both the "Our jarred tomato-based products" and "Products from other farms & producers" departments do not have the "Summer Season (2018 Season)" share type selected as a type that would allow access. Since this is the only share type that Pamela has, so it isn't letting her into those departments.

    I assume you want those people to have access to these departments, right? If so, go to - Sell --> Manage --> Departments and you'll need to "edit" each department separately. Under the "private access" section, click on the link to "show member types" and it will bring up the list of member types. You just want to make sure all member types that should allow access to the store are selected. Then just be sure to submit your changes.
