I have a customer who wants to buy 15 small shares for her employees. Is there a way the 15 shares be under her name alone or do I need to get names and emails of all her employees?

I think in a situation like this I would recommend creating a special option under the share type "Bulk 15 member order" or something with the cost for the full 15 shares.

Assuming you don't need to know all of the individual member names and these are all being delivered to the same location, it will be the easiest way to handle this.
