I am not sure what I have to do or fix?

Warning! At least one of your admin users has either an aol, yahoo, (or gmail.com) email address. Due to recent changes at those service providers (and coming soon to gmail.com), messages sent by the Small Farm Central system (or any third-party mail program) may not be received by your customers if sent 'from' an aol.com or yahoo.com address 'to' a recipient address with that email provider. You should send from a different email account, most preferably one associated with your farm domain name:
Edit Main Email (for automated messages), Edit Farmer Users (for mailing lists).

    Hi Mike:

You don't have to do anything. But be aware that if you are using an aol, yahoo or gmail address, any emails you send through the system will come from "[email blocked]", with your name attached. We do this to help ensure deliverability as free email services can trigger spam blockers when sending mass emails.

Ideally you would have an email set up for your farm's domain, something like "[email blocked]". This allows us to send the emails directly from your own email address without having as much concern about the spam blockers.
