Hi Q (or other) -
I have a member who did not complete their registration, we have not received payment... but they are still showing up on my member register including on pickup lists.

Does this make sense?
If you could take a look and let me know what I need to do to make sure this is not a continuing problem.
Member name is Laurel - pickup is Washoe County

    Hi there,

    Go to Laurel's membership dashboard and have a look at the Notes tab. There are a lot of actions that this member took on the 21st. I'm not sure where exactly things went wrong but they somehow managed to to add themselves to the type and cause the invoice not to remain.

    This is a very unusual situation so there isn't much danger of it happening with other members.

    From here, you'll want to remove them from the current type that they're in and then create a new membership for them through the admin. I'd also advise that you request they do not attempt to make changes through the admin since they clearly are unsure how to make changes correctly.

    Please let me know if you need help sorting this out.
