Howdy,

I'd like to send my invoiced members a reminder that they need to make a payment. The current payment request template only allows "primary-member-name" which puts both first and last name to begin the email. Is there an option of using a members first name only? Looking back in discussions it appears this option is available for the email function: http://support.smallfarmcentral.com/discussions/problems/278-user-name-input-for-member-assembler
Using %%user-firstname%% doesn't appear to work for the payment request template. Any options here?

Many thanks,

seth

    Hi there Rebecca,

Sorry but at this time the %%user-firstname%% variable does not work on the payment request tool. There isn't a work around available at this time but I will let Mike know and we can add it to the development list.

    Thanks,

    Hi Seth,

Sorry I mis-addressed this reply -- I was looking at the previous support request.

    Best,
