Hey, I have a new sign up today for a weekly share member. The way I have it pro-rated they paid for next weeks delivery not this weeks. To keep them off the reminder email list, or pick up sheet for tomorrows delivery can I just put them on "vacation hold" for this week?

    Hi there,

Yes, you can put them on Hold. They will still receive a pickup reminder with all info but there will be a note on the pickup reminder telling them they are on hold for the week.

If you don't want them to receive anything, you can disable the membership. Search for it in the top right search bar or find it under Member Assembler-->Members-->View Members. Click on the name or ID to arrive at the member's dashboard. Then click Disable Membership. The only catch with this method is that you have to remember to re-enable them before you print pickup lists or the pickup reminders go out.

Please let me know if you have any further questions. Do you need help figuring out how to correct your proration?

    Thank you-
No help on the prorating, I have it set up that way so I don't have to go
harvest one more head of lettuce during an already busy Wednesday.
