Hi. The variables are not functioning(replacing with the details from each user's account as the email is sent out) for Member Assembler mailing list email. I am not in regular mailing list mode so that is not the problem. Please see my mailing archive account of Goodness Grows. This is how my email is appearing to the user:

Dear %%user-name%%,

Welcome new summer share members!

%%pickup-location%%

Andover Share Pickup will be held 6:30-7pm on WEDNESDAY JULY 5th as Tuesday is a holiday. We will resume regularly scheduled pick up on Tuesday July 11th.

Please respond if Wednesday night pickup will NOT work for you.

    Hi there Jame,

Are you testing by sending the test emails to yourself? The variables don't work in this situation, which is mentioned in the test email, "This is a test email to test how your mailing list email will look. If you are using any replacement variables (ie %%member-balance%%), this test email has used the address [email blocked] to match against your database. If that address does not have data, you won't see replacement text."

If you think they're not working for some other reason, please do let me know. Hope that helps!

    Best,

    Daniel
