Would like to change the home message "Returning member? Click here to continue."

Hi there,

The word "returning member" is a little confusing b/c we have returning members from our farm, but not necessarily via member assembler. Is there a way to remove/modify this message so that the wrong people don't click this?

    Hi Amanda:

    That text is not customizable. Normally that message wouldn't show up during your first Member Assembler season but it is activated when you create your second season in the system. Since you created Spring, Summer and Fall seasons, that was activated. If you are only going to be taking signups for the one season right now, I can hide that message for the time being, but at whatever point you start taking signups for the Summer and/or Fall seasons, we'll need to show that message.

    In that case we could add text to the header that would clarify that in this case "returning member" just means that they have signed up using this particular method before. Worst case scenario someone tries to use the "returning member" link and it says it doesn't recognize them and tells them to sign up as a new member.

    To change that header text, you would go to - Member Assembler --> Configure --> Display Settings. If you have multiple seasons available, there will be a top box showing a header for the "Choose your seasons" page. Otherwise, the top box will be the header for the "Choose Your Membership Types" page.

    I have one (hopefully last?) question: if someone adds another user to
    their account, can I make it so that the 2nd user doesn't have to fill out
    the address fields? We really only need their email address, and would like
    to simplify the process for them.
