Hi MA people. Is there a way to create a user group comprised of disabled memberships? I want to send an email to all former members of our farm, including the disabled ones. What's the best way to do that? Thanks.

Hi - so you want a user group that consists of all users associated with memberships, current or not, enabled or disabled, but you don't want to include non-member general mailing list people? Is that correct?

    Nope, it’s a little different.

I want to send an email to all FORMER (i.e. non-current) members of our farm, whether enabled or disabled.

I do NOT want to include:
    - current members, nor
    - non-member general mailing list people.

    Hi Beth:

The Renewals tool will give you that user group except that it filters out the disabled memberships because in general disabled memberships are ones that farms are no longer interested in communicating with. There isn't really an easy way to get a list that includes that disabled members.

I can check with Mike tomorrow to see if there is any way he can produce a list of users associated with disabled memberships.
