How do you limit the number of members that can sign up for your CSA?
any help with that would be greatly appreciated,
Ramona

    Hi Ramona:

There are no automatic shutoffs for member types when they reach a certain number sold. You will need to manually shut off share types when you reach your limit. Each signup confirmation email you receive includes a running tab of the signups so you'll easily be able to keep track of where you are.

To disable a specific share type, go to - Member Assembler --> Configure --> Member Types. You can disable the whole share type there or if you want to disable a sub-option, go into the "edit" screen for that share type and then to the "Options" tab and you can disable at the option level there.

If you are ready to shut off ALL signups, go to - Member Assembler --> Configure --> Display Settings and about halfway down that page there is an option for "disable public signup". Click that checkbox and then you can write in the textbox there whatever message you want to appear on the site. Be sure to save your changes.

Any questions, please let us know.
