Hi there,
For some reason when potential members try to sign up for the new season, and pay with paypal, they are receiving an error message. Could you let me know if there is something you or I can do or if I need to call paypal and sort it out with them? Thank you ;)

Hi, Libby. It looks like your PayPal integration settings (found at MA> Configure> Checkout) are incorrect. Your PayPal API Username is not the same as the username you use to log in to PayPal. If you log in to your PayPal account, you can find your PayPal API username right next to where the other integration settings are.

Once you correct this error and save changes, your signup should be fine; however it is always a good idea to test it out first.

Hope this is helpful. Best of luck with the rest of your signups!
