Members email address to update

Hey there, I am trying to update a member's email address and I get an error message that says it is already in the data base. Can you help. Many thanks!!

    Hi, Tiffany. There is already a user in the database with the email [email blocked]. Correcting the email attached to the membership (vvince.snowberger@) would create a duplicate, which the control panel won't allow.

    I would add the correctly spelled email address as a secondary user to the membership: in the "Users" tab of the membership dashboard, click "Add another user to this Membership." Then, make the correctly spelled email address the Primary User. Finally, delete the incorrectly spelled email address from the membership.
