Schedule payment revision

On one of my trial runs of member assembler I created an account and chose the three month payment plan in Then I used the update membership feature to unsubscribe from several add-on share options. This decreased the balance but also really messed up the payment schedule. The final balance is now a negative number. I assume this scenario really could happen. What do you recommend to fix the payment schedule and balance. The fictional member account is under "Esther DeMaster"

    You just need to suspend those future payments. You can get to them either through viewing that Member's details and seeing the upcoming payments in the Balance tab or you can go to Member Assembler > Scheduled Payments > View Schedules. As soon as they are suspended, the Member's balance will correct.
    If you don't want members to unsubscribe from options, you can also control that tool at Members > Update Membership.
