Member not receiving messages

This is Jennifer Brenckle with Brenckle's Organic Farm & Greenhouse. One of our member's (Joyce Ley) states that she is not receiving the messages that I send through the website. She states that she has also checked her spam folder, and they do not appear there either. Any thoughts or things that I should check?

    Hi Jennifer:

    I see no signs of that email address bouncing.

    She has a gmail account. Awhile back Gmail added a "Promotions" tab that automatically sorts some emails out of the inbox. If she hasn't disabled that feature, she should check to see if your emails are ending up in her "Promotions" tab.
