Being made to choose more than one share type

Hello
I'm helping a friend with her member assembler and when I run a test on the public site, the system auto fills two of the share types and it won't let you in-select one. I've got the "optional" button selected on all the shares, it's just not working on these two. Any suggestions?

Ok, it looks like someone was playing around with the Pickup Dependencies.

Go to - Member Assembler --> Configure --> Pickups and click on the "member type dependencies" link at the top of that page. It looks like someone clicked on ALL share types under each pickup. This means that this is hiding ALL share types for ALL pickups. You only want to select boxes on this page if that pickup location should be hidden when someone has selected that share type.

This page should only be used if there are particular share types that are only available at specific pickup locations. If you don't have that happening in the CSA then there should be nothing selected on this page.

If you need any further clarification on that, please let me know.
