problem with returning member signup

Hi there,

My returning members are unable to complete signup on Member Assembler. I see that the reason is that they already appear on the list of members for 2013, even though none of them have renewed yet. Somehow the 2012 and 2013 member lists seem to have gotten combined. I want to retain the new signups (all those done in 2013 so far) while deleting the 2012 members from the current signup list. I don't know how to do this, though, without deleting the 2012 members entirely, which would make it impossible for them to sign up through the "returning member" green banner portal at the front page.

Help! Thanks!

    Hi Sara,

I have fixed your Season issue. All of your 2012 members are back in the 2012 Season, and I moved those seven new members to your new 2013 Season. You can disregard my phone message, I saw that you offer the Yoga Studio pickup as an option in your Main Season Member Type, instead of a whole separate Member Type in and of itself. I enabled your sign-up on the website again, so you should be good to go!

There is one thing that I did notice, your website says that your 2013 Season starts the first week of June (FAQ page here: http://www.sidebysidefarm.com/?page_id=158), but the details in your sign up process mention that it actually begins the last week in May.

Here is the help document about setting up a new Season, in case you want to look it over: http://support.smallfarmcentral.com/kb/member-assembler/creating-se...
