CSA customer having problems

My CSA customer - Nicole Ottolino's Membership (ID#19579 - does not see the store when she logs in. I was on the phone to make sure she was in the right place and it isn't there. Please help.

    Hi Rob,

    The group that Nicole is in: CHICAGO (Private: Northcenter) is not one of the groups you have set for access to the Montalbano Farms CSA Harvest department. It's the last one listed so maybe that was for a pickup location that you added after you set up the department?

    Would you like me to add that group to the access? I'm guessing that is the store you want her to be able to see?
