Member made a payment, but there is no invoice

Member Beth Huffman #563 somehow did not get/retain an invoice when checking out and therefore has a negative balance. I can't figure out how to create and invoice. Help?

    Hi Art:

    Looking at Beth's member notes, it looks like she may have had some problems while signing up. It looks like she went through the process a couple times. What might have happened is she could have ended up with multiple windows open in her browser with multiple sign-up sessions. Sometimes if someone does this and checks out with the older session, it will cause a break between their invoice and their payments. It's a pretty rare case but something that can happen. All you need to do in a case like that is delete her member types for the current season and re-add them. I did this for you already and she now shows a $0 balance.
